My name is Anna, author, photographer, cook, and creator of Eat Well with Anna - my kitchen corner on the Internet!

I was born in Poland, and I lived there until I was 20. Then I moved to London, UK, where I developed my passion for cooking, but I didn't have the time to dive into this area as much as I wanted until I moved to Brazil 8 years ago!

I'm a big fan of healthy food and a healthy lifestyle, but also, I believe in balance and moderation in our life.

I love simple and easy meals to make! Remember that healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated. Here, you will find recipes that are healthy and taste delicious.

My goal is to inspire you with affordable and easy-to-make food, whether you're cooking for yourself, your family, or your friends.
